Business challenge

The heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system is one of the main systems necessary to improve the environment within an industrial building. In manufacturing, environmental conditions are key to improving employee productivity. An employee who works with good conditions (temperature and humidity) can reach the target production effortlessly. As a technology company, Transom was in charge of automating the ventilation system inside the warehouse in the assembly area, where the vehicles are in the final stage of being manufactured.

The supply, installation and commissioning of the electric power system including transformers and electric power plant, channeling, commissioning of 1 MDF and 4 IDF's with the suppression system, 600 network nodes, 54 IP cameras, 14 access controls, 4 vehicle controls, fire detection system, software and hardware to the payroll system in each of the plants

The tangible benefits of the solution are the comfort and well-being of the employees in the assembly area. Thanks to the development of this project and the improvement made, we are thinking of replicating this type of automation system in the rest of the plant.
