• Winder Machine: Connection to a 2000 kVA transformer to a disconnect switch supplying a motor control center for the paper winder. Installation of CED 40 aluminum conduit and grounding system.

• Paper Machine: Installation and connection to new low-voltage motor drives. Renewal of piping and cabling for motor power supply.

​

• Lighting: Engineering development, installation, and commissioning of an LED lighting system within the paper machine area under extreme humidity and heat conditions.

​

• Transformers: Electrical cabling from the medium-voltage primary side (15 kV) to the drivers’ room at low voltage.

​

• Motors: Commissioning of medium-voltage motors at 4160 V, including cabling, conduit installations, and VLF testing.

• MCCs: Assembly, installation, connection, and commissioning of motor control centers.

 

Automation, control and networks

• Winder Machine: Installation of conduit, cabling, and connections for the winder control system.

• Fiber Optics: Installation of 500 meters of outdoor fiber optic cable on cable trays and connection through core fusion splicing to communicate with the electrical network analyzer.
